Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase price. The products must be in new condition and arrive back at our facility in new condition. Parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Returns and what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of the Cave Master. In the scenario of our mistake or manufacturing defect, a return is authorized, and Cave Master will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or products with “custom colors” on standard products. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun it is no longer cancelable.
Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum cabinets that are drilled for mounting etc.
Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of Cave Master. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at the CO offices in like new condition and free from damage. Please email contact@cavemaster.com for a return authorization before shipping.
Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of the Cave Master. Cave Master will do its best efforts to work with the customer to locate the packages.
Cave Master reserves the right to make small changes and updates to designs as needed. Therefore products depicted in images may not be identical to current items.
Any modifications, damage, or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use a Cave Master product or third-party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. We will not refund, pay, repair, or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.
